The Fire
The fire ignites slowly, surely
Growing slowly
It crackles as it devours the wood
Eating away
It releases a heat warming the room
As it release sparks
The wood turns to ember slowly, and surely
Soon to turn to ash
The fire captivates us, as it draws us in
The fire brings us safety, and warmth
That is soon to me gone
As next things we know it dies out
Slowly
Surely
